After you sign-up for a plan, one of our customer success managers will contact you within 2 business days to organize taking over your maintenance within 5 business days.
You will be asked to provide us with access to your website installation. We will receive access as an additional user, you will retain ownership of your web installation and any accounts at all times.
Once we have access, we will start maintenance and submit an automated maintenance report once per month.
